This careful renovation to a 100 year-old Californian Bungalow seeks to bring light and amenity to a south facing kitchen & dining.
Clerestory windows behind a perforated metal screen capture northerly light into the back extension. A single skylight punctures the existing roof to light up a dark corridor space.
The proposed front fence matches neighbouring datums and becomes an armature for green climbers.
The project has been approved by council and achieved town planning to proceed.
